Monday blues…have you had a busy weekend and start to your week? Then try our Monday Yoga Evenings! Prepare for the rest of your week by relaxing whilst keeping fit.

The lovely Farah Fernandes will lead participants of all abilities, through a series of yoga exercises designed to support and improve breathing, flexibility and posture. Open and welcoming to beginners!

Go at your own pace, stretch and challenge yourself. No experience necessary…please bring a mat or towel for your comfort! If it’s your first time, please arrive 10 minutes before the session. We look forward to seeing you there.
