Lunch Time Yoga: Every Wednesday, from 12:30pm – 2:00pm

No time for the gym? Why not join Natraj Yoga expert teacher, Farah, for some Yoga? With no experience necessary and tailored to all abilities, Lunch Time Yoga and Minfulness Monday Yoga is great for the mind and body! Please bing a towel for your comfort. If it is your first time attending, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the session. These classes are LGBT friendly!
